Location: Account Functions/Reset Package Bandwidth
WebHost Manager displays a list of all accounts that have had their original bandwidth limit changed since the account was first created. You can reset the bandwidth limitations on any package you have previously created in the system using the "Reset Package Bandwidth" feature.
1. When the page loads, you will see a four-column table consisting of the following information:
Domain - This column entry displays the domain associated with the account you want to modify.
User - This column entry displays the username associated with the account you want to modify.
Current Bandwidth Limit - This column entry displays the current bandwidth limit associated with the account you want to modify.
Package Bandwidth Limit - This column entry displays the original package bandwidth limit associated with the account you want to modify.
2. If a package's original bandwidth limitation setting is different than the package's "Current Bandwidth Limit," there will be a button next to the associate pakcage. Click on the "Reset to Package Bandwidth Limit" button to reset the associated package's bandwidth limit.
3. You should see a statement similar to the following:
"DOMAIN (USERNAME)'s bandwidth limit has been reset to the package default, which is BANDWIDTH_SETTING Megabytes!"
