Location: Account Functions/Upgrade/Suspend-Unsuspend an Account
You can easily suspend and unsuspend an account on your server. Suspension means no web site pages are served to accounts, no FTP connections are accepted, and all incoming/outgoing email will be block. You will want to use this feature on problematic accounts. If problems persist and cannot be resolved, the account may need to be terminated. View the Terminate an Account document to learn how to permanently remove an account from your server.
