Location: Account Functions/Terminate an Account
You can delete an account and all associates files using the "Terminate an Account" feature. If you do not want to delete all the files associated with an account, use the Suspend/Unsuspend an Account feature.
1. When the page loads, select the domain or username associated with the account you want to terminate.
2. View the "Additional Options" section below the two-column table.
3. If you want to keep the DNS Zone of the account you are terminating, click on the "Keep Dns Zone" check box.
Note: Check this box if you have moved a domain between servers in the same DNS trust relationship and want to remove the old domain.
4. Click on the "Terminate" button.
