Location: Account Functions/Unsuspend Bandwidth Exceeders
All accounts that exceed their specified bandwidth maximum will receive a Bandwidth Exceeded message the next time they try to log on to their account. You can unsuspend all accounts that exceed bandwidth until the next bandwidth check (bandwidth checks occur once per day).
1. When the page loads, you will see the following message (in red):
This will unsuspend any account that is getting a bandwidth exceeded message until the next bandwidth check.
2. Click on the "Proceed" button.
3. The next page will state "Done" if the process has been completed.
select the domain or username associated with the account you want to terminate.
2. View the "Additional Options" section below the two-column table.
3. If you want to keep the DNS Zone of the account you are terminating, click on the "Keep Dns Zone" check box.
Note: Check this box if you have moved a domain between servers in the same DNS trust relationship and want to remove the old domain.
4. Click on the "Terminate" button.
