Location: Account Functions/Upgrade-Downgrade an Account
You can modify an account by upgrading or downgrading the package used for the account. This enables you to make wide-ranging changes quickly and consistently according to your pricing and package structure.
Note: Currently, this does not affect if the user has an ip or not, and will not enable/disable cgi yet.
1. When the page loads, there will be a two-column table consisting of the following information:
Domains
Users
2. Select the domain or username of the account you want to upgrade/downgrade.
3. Once you have made your selection, click on the "Modify" button.
4. You will see two sections on the next page:
Current Package - The package the account you chose in Step 2 above is currently using.
New Package - Available packages you can select to upgrade/downgrade the account you chose in Step 2 above.
5. Next, select the package you want to upgrade/downgrade the current package to by clicking on the package name in the "New Package" list.
6. Click on the "Change" button.
