Location: Cluster-Remote Access/Setup Remote Access Key
What is a Remote Access Key? A Remote Access Key is used for automatic account creation scripts, external billing software, and various other applications that need to call WebHost Manager to create, remove, or modify accounts. A Perl and a PHP module are both available for applications using those technologies. You can learn more about using this feature at http://www.cpanel.net/remoteaccess.html.
A reference implementation of an automatic account creation script is available at https://198.66.92.67:2087/cpanel-autosignup.tar.gz. The script we provide to you is a sample only. You should modify it to provide account signup security base on your account setup policies.
When the page loads, highlight and copy the key located in the "Current Access Key" text box. If you prefer to generate a new key, click on the "Generate New Key" button. A new key will be generated and appear in the "Current Access Key" text box.
