Location: DNS Functions/Setup-Edit Domain Forwarding
You can easily setup your domain to forward all traffic to another domain. You can only forward the top level domain to another location and not to any specific folders of subdomains of the domain. For example, you cannot forward support.yourdomain.com, but you can forward yourdomain.com.
If No Domain Forwards Have Been Setup, Follow These Instructions:
If domain forwards have not been setup on your server, you will see a statement similar to the following:
"No Domain Forwarder has been setup!"
1. When the page loads, click on the "Click to Create" button.
2. The system will tell you how many ips are available and will automatically setup the domain forwarder.
3. Next, click on the "Setup Forwards" button.
4. Under the "Redirection Map" you will see a list of empty text boxes. Choose the first available empty text box (left side). Enter the domain you are forwarding.
5. In the text box (right side) on the same row as the domain you entered in Step 4 above, enter the domain you are forwarding all traffic.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have completed all domain redirects.
7. Click on the "Save Map" button.
Removing Domain Forwarding
When the page loads, click on the "Click to remove domain forwarder" button.
You should see information similar to the following:
Domain Forwarder Removed
Removed DOMAIN_IP Server at line: 1196.
Removed Entry from httpd.conf
Removal Complete!
