Location: DNS Functions/Synchronize DNS Records
What does the Synchronize DNS Records function do? Synchornizing Dns Zones will ensure that all servers in your cluster have the latest version of each DNS Zone. This is important to do if you have one or more servers in your clustering giving out an old or incorrect answer to DNS requests. The synchronization will automatically update the DNS Zones.
If you have established a trust relationship with a primary nameserver, you will need to synchronize the DNS records between the primary and secondary nameservers after you have added new DNS entries.
