The "Mail Troubleshooter" features enables you to send a test email to a problematic address to pinpoint any issues you may be having with the email address in question. This process will help you track most email issues that can occur on your server.
1. Enter the email address you want to troubleshoot in the "Email to trace" text box.
2. Click on the "Submit" button.
