Location: Multi-Account Functions/Modify-Upgrade Multiple Accounts
You can easily change specific attributes of multiple accounts at a time. These attributes include the following:
owner of the account (reseller)
theme the account is using
date the account was created
default language used for the account
the account's package

Notes: If you want to search for all accounts associated with a particular Domain, User, Reseller/Owner, use the search feature available on the right side of the page. First select how you want to search (Domain, User, Reseller/Owner), enter the corresponding data in the text box provided, then select either the "Select Matching Users" or the "DeSelect Matching Users" button. The results will be automatically shown in the three-column table on the page.
Modify Multiple Accounts
1. When the page loads, you will see a three-column table consisting of the following information:
Domain
User
Owner
2. Click on the check box associated with each account (Domain, User, Owner) you want to modify.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
4. Listed at the bottom of the screen are the following options:
Reseller - You can change the account(s) you selected in Step 1 above to be owned by a specific reseller account.
Theme - You can change the theme of the account(s) you selected in Step 1 above.
Start Date - You can change the start date (month, day, year) of the account(s) you selected in Step 1 above.
Language - You can change the language of the account(s) you selected in Step 1 above.
Package - You can upgrade/downgrade the account(s) you selected in Step 1 above by choosing the appropriate package in the drop down menu provided.
5. Once you have changed the settings according to your specific needs, click on the "Change" button.
6. You will see a statement similar to the following:
"Modifying USER ....Done"
"All Modifications Complete"
