Location: Multi-Account Functions/Terminate Multiple Accounts
You can easily terminate (delete) multiple accounts at a time. This can be useful when a reseller has defaulted on payment, or switched to another provider. Please note that this will permanently remove the accounts and they can only be easily restored if you have the accounts backed up.
1. When the page loads, you will see a four-column table consisting of the following information:
Domain
User
Owner
Keep DNS Zone
2. Click on the check box associated with each account (Domain, User, Owner) you want to modify. Also, if you want to keep the dns zone for the account you are deleting, click on the associated check box in the "Keep DNS Zone" column.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
4. To complete this action you must type the following phrase in the text box provided (without quotes):
"I understand this will irrevocably remove all the accounts that have been checked"
5. Click on the "Destroy Selected Accounts" button.
6. You will see a statement similar to the following:
"All Account Terminations Complete!"
