Location: Plugins/Configure Support Request Submission
The "Configure Support Request Submission" feature allows you to configure where support requests go when they are submitted through cPanel.
Note: Make sure that support requests are submitted to a valid email address, or redirected to a valid URL.
Before You Begin
You have three options to choose when configuring support requests submissions:
Email Support Requests - This option is selected by default. You can setup your system to email or pipe all support requests to the email/pipe of your choice.
Redirect Users - You can redirect users to any specific url of your choice.
Disable - You can turn off this feature completely.
Email Support Requests
1. Enter the email address where you want support requests to go to in the "Email support requests to" text box. Or you can enter the pipe (path to file) where you want support requests to go to in the "Pipe support requests to" text box.
2. Click on the check box next to each option you want to utilize:
Display the customer's browser in the body.
Display the customer's browser in the subject.
Display the customer's domain name in the body.
Display the customer's domain name in the subject.
Display the hostname of the server in the body.
Display the hostname of the server in the subject.
Display the customer's client ip in the body.
Display the customer's client ip in the subject.
Display the customer's username in the body.
Display the customer's username in the subject.
3. Click on the "Save" button.
Redirect Users
1. Click on the "Redirect the user to the following url" radio button.
2. Enter the url where you want users to be redirected to in the "Redirect the user to the following url" text box.
3. Click on the "Save" button.
Disable
1. Click on the "Disable this feature" radio button.
2. Click on the "Save" button.
