Location: Service Configuration/Nameserver Setup
What is a Nameserver? According to WikiPedia, a name server is a computer server that implements a name service protocol. It will normally map a computer-usable identifier of a host to a human-usable identifier for that host. For example, a Domain Name System (DNS) server might translate the domain name en.wikipedia.org to the Internet Protocol (IP) address 145.97.39.155.
Note: If you chose to add your own nameservers during the installation of WebHost Manager , your nameserver information is already listed here.
Getting Started
1. When the page loads, you should see the following statement:
"We recommend you do not enable the nameserver unless you are going to use it. If you wish to disable the nameserver you can always turn it off in the Service Manager."
