The built-in Interactive Knowledge Base enables WHM users to search for related topics to issues they are having with the system and provides a quick fix to resolve those issues using state-of-the-art coding and logic.
1. When the page loads, enter a description or keywords of the issue you are having with your WHM system in the "Enter Issue" text box. The example provided shows "Every users disk usage shows zero even though they have a quota set." You can enter a descriptive sentence or keywords to find results related to your issue.
2. If the issue is related to a specific domain, enter the domain name in the "Affected Domain (optional)" text box. The example provided shows "cpanel.net," but can be any domain located on the server you are currently using.
3. Click on the "Search for Answer" button.
4. A two-column table will appear showing the problem and resolution of related issues. Find the issue closely related or directly matching your specific issue in the "Problem" column. Once you have found the related problem, click on the "Click-to-fix!" link in the "Resolution" column associated with the problem you are currently having with your WHM system. The system will attempt to fix the issue after you have click on the link in the "Resolution" column. If the problem has not been resolved, please contact your provider as soon as possible.
