Location: cPanel/Shopping Cart Reset
The "Shopping Cart Reset" feature allows you to reset a shopping cart associated with an account on your server.
The following are four ways to find and reset a shopping cart installed on your server:
Select by Domain
Select by Users
Search by Domain
Search by User
Account Selection
1. Click on the domain name associated with the shopping cart you want to reset in the "Domains" list. Or you can click on the username associated with the shopping cart you want to reset in the "Users" list.
2. The system will automatically pull up the information associated with the shopping cart account you chose in Step 1 above.
3. When you find the account you want to reset, click on the "Reset" button.
Account Search
1. Start typing the domain name associated with the shopping cart in the "By Domain" text box. The system will automatically try to find the account you are searching for by displaying the full domain in the text box. This will save you time from typing the domain. Or you can start typing the username associated with the shopping cart in the "By User" text box. The same thing will take place.
2. The system will automatically pull up the information associated with the shopping cart account you chose in Step 1 above.
3. When you find the account you want to reset, click on the "Reset" button.
